Friendship Breakups: A Guided Canvas Painting Session (Galentines Special)
Friendship endings are a quiet, under-discussed part of your 20s/30s.
Some drift.
Some end abruptly.
Some hurt more than we expect.
This Galentine’s Month, we’re creating a space to gently explore these experiences through art, reflection, and shared presence.
This session is a guided canvas painting experience led by Varsha, inviting us to reflect on, release, and reframe the friendship breakups and endings that have shaped us.
Through gentle prompts, storytelling, and slow art-making, we’ll create individual canvases that hold what we’re letting go of, what we’re learning, and what we’re carrying forward. No art experience needed.
