起業の道は孤独に見えがちですが、実は「仲間」とのつながりこそが成長の原動力になります。
ウズベキスタン出身で日本初の旧ソ連出身女性政治家としても活躍するオルズグル氏と、Women×Global×Entrepreneurshipを掲げるWomentreneurship代表・伊藤寿和子氏が登壇します。
異なるバックグラウンドを持ちながら挑戦を続ける二人が、起業・事業拡大の過程でどのようにコミュニティが力となり、次の一歩を後押ししてきたのかを語り合います。数字や功績のみに縛られず、パッションを共有し、応援し合える場がいかに女性の挑戦を加速させるのか――その可能性を探ります。

​​​Speaker：Orzugul（Y COMPANY LLC）、Suwako Ito（Womentreneurship）

​The entrepreneurial journey may often seem solitary, but in reality, it is the connections with peers that become a true driving force for growth.
Orzugul, originally from Uzbekistan and recognized as Japan’s first female politician from the former Soviet Union, and Suwako Ito, representative of Womentreneurship, a community built on Women × Global × Entrepreneurship, will join this session.
Despite their very different backgrounds, both continue to take on new challenges, and they will share how communities have empowered them and propelled their entrepreneurial and business endeavors forward.
Together, they will explore how spaces that go beyond numbers and achievements—where passion can be shared and mutual encouragement thrives—can accelerate women’s challenges and ambitions.
