日本市場は大きな魅力を持ちながら、言語・文化・制度の壁が参入の難所となる。外国人起業家が日本で事業を展開する際、どのようにその壁を乗り越えられるのか。本セッションには、大阪・梅田で国際的なスタートアップやデジタルノマドをつなぐ『FUTRWORKS』を運営する津田知華子氏、自治体や企業の外国人向けプロモーションを数多く支援するENGAWA株式会社の四方麻衣子氏、オンデマンド通訳プラットフォーム「Oyraa」を展開し、多文化共生の第一人者としても活躍するコチュ・オヤ氏、そしてグローバル女性起業家コミュニティ「Startup Lady」を設立し、官民連携でエコシステムづくりを推進する鈴木萌子氏が登壇。都市開発、グローバルマーケティング、テック起業、コミュニティ形成の多様な視点から、日本で挑戦する外国人起業家にとっての実践的ヒントを探ります。

​​​Speaker：Maiko Shikata（ENGAWA Co., Ltd.）、Chikako Tsuda（Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp.）、Oya KOC（Oyraa Inc.）、Moeko Suzuki（Startup Lady）

​Japan offers tremendous opportunities, yet language, culture, and regulations often create major hurdles for global entrepreneurs. How can these barriers be overcome? This session brings together four leaders: Chikako Tsuda, who manages FUTRWORKS in Osaka Umeda as a hub for international startups and digital nomads; Maiko Yomo of ENGAWA Inc., who has led numerous inbound promotion projects for companies and municipalities; Oya Kochu, founder and CEO of Oyraa, an on-demand interpreting platform serving over 900 companies worldwide and a recognized advocate for multicultural inclusion; and Moeko Suzuki, founder of the global women’s entrepreneur community Startup Lady and board member of La French Tech Tokyo. From perspectives spanning urban development, global marketing, tech entrepreneurship, and community building, they will share practical insights on how foreign entrepreneurs can succeed in Japan. The session will be moderated by Moeko Suzuki.
