​講師：マナサ・イェトゥル（Manasa Yeturu／Stanford d.School カリキュラムリード）

​変化のスピードが増す中、リーダーに求められるのは知識や肩書きではなく、自らの価値観を軸に意思決定し、周囲を巻き込み、組織や社会に持続的なインパクトを生み出す力です。 本セッションでは、スタンフォード大学d.schoolのカリキュラムリードであり、世界各地で社会起業やジェンダー平等のプロジェクトをリードしてきたマナサ・イェトゥル氏が、参加型ワークを通じてファシリテーションを行います。単なる講義ではなく、参加者自身が手を動かしながら「自分のリーダーシップの源泉」を探り、磨いていく実践的な学びの場です。 特に女性管理職・役員・起業家を想定して設計されていますが、次世代のリーダーを目指す、すべての方に開かれています。

​📌Program Details

​In an era where the pace of change is accelerating, what is required of leaders is not knowledge or titles, but the ability to make decisions based on their own values, to engage those around them, and to create a sustainable impact on organisations and society. In this session, Manasa Yeturu, curriculum lead at Stanford University's d.school and leader of social entrepreneurship and gender equality projects worldwide, will facilitate through participatory work. This is not a mere lecture, but a practical learning space where participants actively explore and refine the "source of their leadership." Although designed with female managers, executives, and entrepreneurs in mind, it is open to anyone aspiring to be the next generation of leaders.
