In an era of constant change, leadership is not defined by titles or positions—it’s about making decisions grounded in one’s values, engaging others, and creating a lasting impact on organizations and society.
In this session, Manasa Yeturu, Curriculum Lead at Stanford University’s d.school and a global practitioner in social entrepreneurship and gender equity, will guide participants through hands-on, participatory workshops. Rather than a lecture, this program offers a practical learning experience where participants actively explore and refine the core of their own leadership.
