PG&E's Continuous Monitoring Center (CMC) is a centralized hub where Machine Learning and AI are used to analyze data from our current SmartMeter network and emerging sensor technologies to monitor for emerging issues. The CMC enhances our situational awareness with new systems and technology that monitors asset health data and supports PG&E in proactively avoiding outages, reducing wildfire risk, improving safety, and restoring outages more quickly.
