Most AI agent projects never leave the demo. Agent Labs is a build session where you ship a real multi-agent system — identity, skills, and a path from sandbox to production on problems that already live inside Paytm.
You build on the Phinite platform. You plug into the Paytm stack. You do not invent a standalone app.
The rule
Each theme is a problem space, not a prescribed solution. Pick your own problem and approach. Every solution must work as a feature on Paytm’s current products and ecosystem.
Track 1 — AI for Paytm Users
Intelligent features that improve speed, trust, and experience across the Paytm ecosystem.
This is about the people who use Paytm every day to pay, recharge, transfer, invest, and transact. They care about three things: that it is fast, that it feels safe, and that it is effortless.
Build wherever AI as agents can make one of those three better inside the Paytm app as it exists today. Everyday journeys. Trust and safety on every transaction. First-time and regional-language users. A feature in the current experience, not a separate product.
Track 2 — AI for Small Businesses
AI tools that help India’s millions of small and medium businesses grow, operate, and scale more efficiently.
Build any way agents can help these businesses grow, run the day, or scale on top of Paytm’s existing merchant stack. Customers. Money. Inventory and billing. Planning ahead. Extend what a Paytm merchant already uses. Do not sit outside the ecosystem.
What you leave with
Not a prototype video. A working multi-agent system on Phinite.
