Understanding Your Human Code: Discover the Patterns That Shape You
Join us for an engaging and insightful discussion on the concept of “Human Code” — the internal patterns, beliefs, emotional responses, and experiences that shape how we think, feel, and interact with the world. This session explores how upbringing, relationships, culture, faith, and life experiences contribute to the “code” we operate from, often without realizing it.
Through meaningful discussion, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of their emotional and behavioral patterns, how these patterns influence decision-making and relationships, and practical ways to move toward healthier, more intentional ways of connecting with themselves and others.
This event offers a supportive, non-judgmental space for personal growth, insight, and connection.

About the Speaker — Saira Sufi:
Saira Sufi is a graduate student pursuing a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her academic and personal journey has been driven by a deep curiosity about human connection — why we relate the way we do, how our experiences shape our interactions, and what helps people feel truly seen, understood, and supported.
Through her studies, reflection, and lived experience, Saira has developed a passion for helping individuals uncover the patterns that influence their relationships, emotional responses, and sense of self. Her work centers on the belief that meaningful change begins with understanding — understanding our stories, our wounds, our strengths, and the “code” that guides our behavior.
Saira’s goal is to create spaces where people feel safe to explore their inner world, gain clarity about their relational patterns, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling connections with others.
