Intro to Modern with Aleeza & Sprout + Sip
Intro to Modern with Aleeza 🌹
A beginner-friendly modern dance class all about exploration, expression, and feeling at home in your body. We begin on the floor, grounding through breath and easing into movement. You’ll explore core elements of modern technique like suspension and release, fall and recovery, and the natural flow of momentum. Through simple movement sequences, floor work, and guided improvisation, you’ll open up new ways of moving, deepen your body awareness, and build confidence in a creative, supportive space.
No shoes recommended.
Stay for Sprout & Sip (8–8:30PM) - a post-class hang with snacks and sips to meet your fellow movers and actually connect before heading home.
