My Kids Are Older… Now What? with Sana Pasha
A Listening Circle for Women Entering a New Season of Life
As our children grow more independent, many women find themselves asking a powerful — and sometimes unsettling — question: Who am I now, and what comes next?
If you’re navigating an “emptying nest,” shifting family roles, or simply sensing a transition, you are not alone.
Join us for a supportive listening circle designed specifically for women in this stage of life. This gathering offers a compassionate space to reflect, share, and reconnect with your own needs, dreams, and identity beyond motherhood.
Together, we will:
Normalize the complex emotions that come with this transition
Share experiences in a non-judgmental, confidential space
Explore meaningful paths forward — personally, socially, spiritually, and professionally
Discuss practical ways to rediscover purpose, joy, and fulfillment
Identify new opportunities for growth, connection, and self-care
Leave with concrete ideas for next steps in this new chapter
Whether you feel excited, uncertain, grieving, relieved, or all of the above, this circle welcomes you exactly as you are.
You don’t need to have answers — just an openness to reflect and connect.
