About Event

A guided journaling workshop exploring how and why we journal, and how the practice can be used as a practical tool for reflection.

Through meditation, guided prompts, personal writing and optional sharing over tea, you’ll be introduced to different ways of approaching journaling and leave with a clearer understanding of what to write about and how to continue the practice on your own.
