Slow Shape with Sound Bath
This 2-hour session explores how our lives take shape - slowly, through curious inner and outer engagement. Inspired by Yogic Philosophy and other spiritual teachings, our heartfelt inquiries open into vast possibilities. We practice softening our need for finite answers to immerse ourselves in a space of collaborative musing and experiential discovery.
Contemplation is supported by grounding movement and creative embodiment to deepen sensory awareness and welcome insight.
Featuring a closing sound bath meditation guided by Trish Lanns
YOU CAN EXPECT:
Welcome tea and time to settle comfortably into the room.
Exploration of our practice theme / inquiry through: somatic grounding, journaling, and collaborative discussion.
Slow-moving yoga postures and creative embodiment relating to our earlier reflection.
10 minute Savasana / sacred pause for integration.

A journal (paper and pen will be provided should you forget)
