About eNOugh

eNOugh is building the world's first mini AI bodyguard for women, a wearable badge that detects threats & acts autonomously when it matters most, backed by $3M+ from the same investors behind Airbnb & Uber.

The Seconds That Matter is the creative counterpart to our mission.

Who we're looking for

Exceptional, social-first creators. People who live on the feed & understand what makes something spread. You think in formats, know what hooks, & have a point of view that's yours alone.

Filmmakers, writers, strategists, storytellers, TikTok lovers, Instagram creators — all welcome.

This event also doubles as an open audition. eNOugh is growing, & we'll consider standout participants for ongoing collaboration & full-time roles on the creative team.

How it works

Wednesday 28 May: Virtual Onboarding (mandatory for all accepted applicants)
You'll receive the full brief, meet your cohort, & receive assets.

28 – 31 May: Creation Sprint
Film & create your work during this time period. Submissions due by 12pm BST on the 31.

31 May: Screening & Prizes
Present your content and network with the other participants during the in-person event.
Winners announced + prizes given.

What you'll create

Draw from wherever the work takes you: the absurdity of being a woman, girlhood rituals & community, safety content that doesn't look like safety content, soft living as empowerment. Full creative direction (brand, topics, assets) will be shared at the virtual onboarding on 28 May. Preliminary brand expectations can be drawn from Instagram & webpage.

Final output (submission link will be provided):

  • 1 Hero Piece (up to 2 minutes): Judged on creative brand alignment & whether it brings something genuinely new to the eNO brand.

  • 3 Short-Form Items (Reels, TikToks, short-form video): Each item must be submitted as a complete, ready-to-use post: video, caption, hashtags, & posting instructions. Think if we wanted to publish it tomorrow, we could.

& for those interested in the full-time Content Lead position with eNOugh, please provide:

  • CV (we will send an email to you directly to provide)

  • Portfolio (if applicable)

  • Campaign Vision Document:
    Answer: If you had the resources & time, what campaign would you execute for the eNO brand? (Word Doc & PDF formats acceptable).
