Flow poetry Workshop - with Bethuel Muthee Githegi
This workshop invites participants to experience poetry not as something to analyse or master, but as a way of paying attention. Through simple writing prompts, shared reading, mindful observation, and gentle movement, the session creates a calm and open space for exploration.
The aim is to demystify poetry by making it accessible to everyone, regardless of previous writing experience. Participants are encouraged to slow down, observe their surroundings, and engage with form, rhythm, silence, and language as ways of deepening perception.
