About Event
Join us on Clover Park Technical College's Flett Outdoor Lab for habitat stewardship and to learn how ecosystem conservation and restoration can help us address climate change! Habitat restoration activities may include removing invasive plant species (scotch broom, blackberry, tansy ragwort), watering trees, and/or picking up trash. We will find a task for people of all ages and capabilities. We will also have a tour for those wishing to learn more about the Outdoor Lab. Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear good footwear. Some tools will be available. If you have your own tools (gloves, loppers, shovels, weed wrench), please feel to bring them to ensure we have enough!

CPTC’s Outdoor Lab is across Steilacoom Blvd. from campus. We would appreciate it if folks would park on campus (enter campus at Hageness Drive, near Lakes Body Shop) and then walk across Steilacoom Blvd. to the Flett Property.
