​Through guided meditation and breath, we use the body as a listening instrument — tuning into subtle layers of sensation, vibration, and presence. With loving intention, we harness the power of sound to reconnect with our most natural state of being.

​The journey weaves together crystal bowls, healing nature sounds, and live channeled voice — improvised in real time, responding to the collective energy in the room.
