​What is Business Dads?

​Business Dads is a curated community for fathers with young children (under 5) who are building ambitious careers in the middle of beautiful chaos.

​Our lives are loud. Sleep is optional. Childcare is expensive—especially in NYC. Most days feel like a sprint that starts before sunrise and ends well after bedtime.

​And yet.

​We’re founders, executives, investors, operators, and sales leaders who are deeply committed to building meaningful businesses and being present dads. That shared reality, short on sleep, short on time, but long on ambition, is what makes Business Dads special.

​This is a room for men who want to grow professionally, support one another practically, and model what purposeful work looks like for the little humans watching us every day (even when they’re screaming at 3am).

​No posturing. No fluff. Just high-caliber people, real conversations, and tangible outcomes.

​How We Make This Valuable for Everyone

​Business Dads works because everyone shows up prepared and willing to contribute. Attendance is limited and expectations are clear.

​Each attendee must:

• ​Be one of the following:
  Founder · Investor · Operator · Sales Leader

• ​Bring one concrete ASK, such as:

  • ​Revenue opportunities

  • ​A hire or referral

  • ​An introduction

  • ​A deal or partnership

  • ​Tactical advice from the group

• ​Be willing to give at least one meaningful intro to another member within 7 days of the event

​This is not a passive networking event. It’s a high-trust, high-accountability room designed to create momentum for everyone involved.

​Costs & Logistics

• ​Everyone covers their own entry fee for the activity, drinks, and/or dinner

• ​No membership fees, no sponsors driving the agenda

• ​The only “cost” beyond that is showing up prepared and following through
