Cyber War Forum at Black Hat Europe

​In an era where cyber threats can disrupt economies, critical infrastructure, and national security, readiness is no longer optional. The Black Hat Europe Cyber War Forum is an invitation-only gathering that brings together senior cybersecurity leaders, government officials, military experts, policymakers, and industry practitioners to examine the realities of cyber conflict and resilience.

​Held under closed-door conditions to encourage candid discussion, the Forum focuses on the strategic and operational challenges of preparing for, responding to, and recovering from cyber-enabled crises. Through expert-led discussions and peer exchange, participants will explore emerging threats, escalation indicators, resilience planning, and the coordination required to protect the systems that underpin modern society.

​The Forum will feature a keynote address from Bella Powell, a distinguished cybersecurity and national security leader, who will share her perspectives on resilience, leadership, and navigating the evolving cyber threat landscape. Ms. Powell currently serves as the Government CISO and Director Government Cyber Unit, UK Government Digital Service.
