Private YC Founders' Roundtable on solving founder-dependent execution
One problem. One hour. Leave with a sharper diagnosis, a clearer picture of what good looks like, and optionally, a path to implementing the fix.
Heretic Hour is a private, invite-only roundtable for YC-backed founders. Every session is built around one specific execution problem that founders are actively feeling. No recording. No fluff. Just a small, curated group comparing how they're handling it today, where it breaks, and what better looks like.
What happens in the room
A small group of YC-backed founders walks through one painful execution problem together. Two founders take the hot seat and share what's actually breaking in their teams right now. The rest of the room compares, reacts, and builds on it. Patterns surface. The last ten minutes are optional for anyone who wants to explore implementation further.
This session is about
How founder decisions stop becoming team execution. Where ownership breaks, tasks get dropped, and the founder becomes the bottleneck to their own team's progress.
Who this is for
YC-backed founders whose teams are growing but execution still depends too much on them.
Format
