In Bloom: An Evening of Tea, Poetry & Modern Wellness

​In Celebration Women's Month, on Monday, March 9th, Welda Club is partnering with The Fertility Class for an intimate, nourishing evening centered on women’s health, connection, and creativity. We’ll be coming together at Cha& Tea Bar in the Lower East Side for a guided tea experience focused on female fertility, hormonal wellness and cycle health.

​We will be in conversation with Zsofia, co-founder of The Fertility Class, who will share thoughtful, science-informed movement and lifestyle practices designed to support hormonal health, deepen body awareness, and cultivate a more intuitive relationship with your body. We’ll also be joined by poet Sasha Nudel for a live reading in celebration of her new book. Her work explores womanhood, identity, and the emotional landscapes we move through in our bodies and lives.

​Each guest will receive a curated tea tasting featuring blends traditionally used to support the reproductive system, balance cycles, and promote overall vitality.
