Sandra is an ICF Certified Life & Career Coach and the founder of The Kind Mind Coaching. She works with private clients, companies and communities through bespoke coaching sessions and workshops, across Singapore and Jakarta.
Before stepping into coaching, Sandra spent over a decade in the startup world, leading Marketing, PR and Growth functions across fashion e-commerce, photography, wellness and education tech. She brings a sharp understanding of branding, influencer marketing and team leadership across Southeast Asia and a firsthand experience of the internal work that high-performing careers often demand.
