Shu is the co-founder of Matcha Masta, a Singapore-based functional nutrition brand crafting premium 2-in-1 matcha blends made with ceremonial-grade matcha from Japan. She made the switch from coffee in 2019 and hasn't looked back - a personal conviction that became a business. Shu brings a blend of operator and investor experience, having worked in data science and strategy at consumer startups in Los Angeles and New York, and later at a consumer venture capital fund in Singapore. She holds a B.A. in Economics from UC Berkeley and an MBA from NYU Stern.
