Ubud Tech Meetup: Vibe Engineering Tech Talk
This is our 2nd Ubud Tech Meetup. Our first meetup (April 7th) had a turnout of 10 people, great for Ubud standards! It was nice to see so many people come out of the woodwork, even 2 people drove up from Canggu, like wow. Any way, just grateful.
So if this is your first time here, Welcome! Ubud Tech Meetup exists for developers and tech enthusiasts to connect, learn, and meet other like-minded Ubudians in the community.
Tech Talk
Vibe Engineering: Going Beyond Vibe Coding - Paul Yun
Paul talks about “Vibe Engineering” — his workflow for working with AI through an engineering lens, shaped by 10 years as a software engineer. The talk covers how to move from loose prompting to structured thinking across architecture, implementation, and debugging, with an emphasis on building systems that hold up beyond the first iteration.
Refreshments provided by our friends at Nhost.
(This is our first sponsored event, super appreciative to Nhost!)
Who’s this for?
For developers and builders working with AI who want stronger architecture, clearer implementation, and better debugging practices.
