About the Museum
The Eternal Gandhi Museum Houston is the first museum in North America dedicated to preserving and sharing the life, philosophy, and enduring legacy of Mahatma Gandhi. Through immersive exhibits, art, and storytelling, the museum invites visitors to reflect on truth, nonviolence, compassion, service, and courageous leadership.
About the Founder
Atul Kothari is the founding trustee and visionary behind the Eternal Gandhi Museum Houston. An engineer, CPA, and entrepreneur, he has spent more than two decades bringing Gandhi’s message of truth, nonviolence, and service to Houston through the Mahatma Gandhi Library, Gandhi Week, and the creation of the museum, which opened in 2023.
