Dancing with Uncertainty: Design Leadership in Liminal Times [Workshop]

We are standing at a threshold, where as design leaders, we're being asked to lead through uncertainty while being uncertain ourselves: navigating constant reinvention, decision fatigue, and vulnerability amid exhaustion. This workshop explores two critical tensions:

1. Personal Transformation vs. Professional Demands How do we move through the groan zone between comfort and growth while grieving past versions of ourselves? And how to do it with shortened attention spans and relentless pressure to keep up?

2. Leadership Paradoxes How do we lead from vulnerability when companies demand certainty? Foster wonder while battling FOBO (fear of becoming obsolete)? How do we engage with power struggles and handling consequences?

Through hands-on exercises, we'll practice finding our narrative, and curating our own growth in these liminal spaces. Our goal isn't solving uncertainty, it's learning to dance with it.
