Ethereum が単なるデジタル資産から、企業の金融インフラへと変わる局面にあります。法人決済に接続するステーブルコイン、機関投資家のポートフォリオに入りはじめた実物資産のトークン化、会計・監査を組み替えるオンチェーン・トレジャリー、機関投資家のリスク基準に耐える DeFi。いずれも構想ではなく、すでに構築され、稼働し、評価されている実システムです。
Ethereum は世界でもっともアクセスしやすいパブリックブロックチェーンであり、世界最大のステーブルコインネットワークでもあります。それでも機関投資家からは「パブリックすぎる」と映る。より多くの機関投資家のアセットが Ethereum 上で組成・運用されるために、いま何が必要なのか。本サミットは、その最後のピースに正面から向き合う場です。
グローバルの機関投資家、日本の金融機関、そして Ethereum エコシステムのプロジェクトリーダーが、この規模では日本で初めて一堂に会します。

金融機関・機関投資家・アセットマネージャー・Ethereum に取り組む上場企業の CxOクラス、または同等の実務責任者、および Ethereum エコシステムのプロジェクト経営層。

招待制です。本ページからのお申し込みは参加確定を意味しません。主催者が一件ずつ確認したうえで、可否を個別にこのLuma申請上にてご連絡していきます。
定員 300 席。
会場は都内中心部（品川・東京駅・主要ホテルからアクセス良好）。詳細な住所と会場パートナーは参加確定者にのみお知らせします。
原則英語で実施し、日本語の同時翻訳をご用意します。
ラウンドテーブルのみチャタムハウス・ルールのもとで運営します。録音・撮影は明示的な同意があった場合のみ可能とします。

Ethereum is evolving beyond a digital asset into the financial infrastructure of enterprises. Stablecoin payments connecting corporate treasuries, tokenized real-world assets entering institutional portfolios, onchain treasury operations restructuring accounting and audit, institutional-grade DeFi protocols — none of these are thought experiments. They are working systems being built, deployed, and evaluated right now.
Ethereum is the most accessible public blockchain in the world and the largest stablecoin network. Yet to institutional investors it can still look "too public." What will it take, right now, for more institutional assets to be built and put to work on Ethereum? This summit exists to confront that missing piece head-on — bringing together global institutional investors, Japanese financial institutions, and Ethereum project leadership for the first time in Japan at this scale.

▍Program
Day 0 — invitation-only private dinner under the Chatham House Rule. Day 1 (Sep 25) — opens at 10:00 with a fireside, followed by thematic sessions, a closing keynote, a closed roundtable (30 seats, Chatham House Rule), and a cocktail reception from 18:30.
The program is an illustrative outline, not a fixed plan; session order, timing, and topics will evolve as speakers are confirmed. Speakers are announced individually as each participant's publication consent is confirmed.
▍Who should apply
CxO or equivalent operating leads at financial institutions, asset managers, and listed companies engaged with Ethereum, and Ethereum ecosystem project leadership.

・Invitation-only. Registering here does not guarantee admission; the host reviews each submission individually and will confirm your place directly.
・Capacity is 300 seats.
・A central Tokyo venue with strong transit access from Shinagawa, Tokyo Station, and major hotels. The detailed address and venue partner are shared with confirmed invitees only — a working condition that keeps the conversations off the record.
・Held in English with Japanese simultaneous interpretation.
・Closed sessions operate under the Chatham House Rule. Recording and photography only with explicit opt-in. Press attendance by invitation only.
