About Event

Join us to gather signatures for both Connect Bay Area and Stronger Muni for All, funding public transit in San Francisco and throughout the five counties of the Inner Bay Area!

Live on Larkin – a new series of free street events on Larkin Street – kicks off on May 9th with the 5th Annual AAPI (Asian American and Pacific Islander) Heritage Month Block Party.

The event runs from 12-5pm, and we will have a table inside the event. I will send a blast shortly before the event start time when I know exactly where our table is.

To see the most friendly faces, plan to meet at the event start time. But if you've already attended a training (or if you complete online training in advance by reading our training guide then completing this form), you can stop by anytime before the end of the event to drop off completed petitions and/or pick up new ones.

RSVP to get updates before or during the event, and to help us bring enough supplies.

No experience necessary. You just need to be 18 years old to gather signatures.  If you're under 18, let us know at connectbayarea26@gmail.com as there are many other ways to be involved and help!

***

San Francisco needs to pass both the Stronger Muni for All (San Francisco parcel tax) and Connect Bay Area (five-county sales tax) transit measures in November to prevent service cuts, and you can gather signatures for both at the same time! We will have both petitions available at this event.
