​Over the last nine months, we at PandaDoc have been immersed in building a Generative AI platform and launching new AI-powered features — a journey filled with wins, failures, lessons, and surprises. Now, we’d like to share these learnings with the community, exchanging experiences, sparking ideas, and learning together with others pushing the boundaries of AI.

​🎤 Re-imagining Document Conversion with LLMs 

​How do you teach an AI to handle the messy world of documents? We’ll share our journey of applying LLMs to document conversion at PandaDoc — from early experiments to production challenges. Expect insights on prompt engineering, parallelization, scaling, and the trade-offs we had to make around speed, cost, and model limitations.

​🎤 From Features to Platform: Integrating GenAI into PandaDoc

​When GenAI first emerged, the temptation was to sprinkle AI into apps as quick features. At PandaDoc, we realized a platform mindset was needed. This talk covers the story of building our internal GenAI platform, MOSO: from data processing and infrastructure to agent frameworks and modular components that enable faster AI feature development. We’ll also share organizational lessons on adopting AI at scale.
