The difference between a helpful assistant and a reliable team member is the harness: the persona, guardrails, and skills that shape how the agent operates.

​In this session, we will configure Claude Code as a governed coding agent with a custom persona and skills, point it at a real classifieds marketplace app, and use Plan Mode to decompose a feature into parallel development lanes ready for execution.
