The Experience
This is a guided, immersive journey through breath, sound, movement, and dreamwork — a collective experience of release, remembrance, and connection.
What you’ll move through:
opening intention + grounding nourishment with your choice of bone broth or vegetable broth
Dream Body Activation + sound bowls: a somatic visioning journey
drumming + somatic breathwork to expand awareness and open deeper ancestral layers
movement + fascia release to let go of what’s been held and reconnect to the body
Dream Nidra for nervous system regulation, inner vision, and embodied integration
closing + optional reflection
