About Event

The practice has four phases:

  1. ​​Present moment enjoyment / well-wishing

  2. ​​Positive self-esteem noting

  3. ​​Being delighted in by an ideal parent or loving being, and noting what it's like

  4. ​​Return to present moment enjoyment / well-wishing

​​Flow:

  • ​​8:00–8:10 — Arrival + brief group check-in

  • ​​8:10–8:50 — Practice

  • ​​8:50–9:00 — Short reflection + closing / bowing out

​​Good for: Boosting collective well-being and earned secure attachment.
