The ARTS Place Pop-Up (TAP) transforms the empty storefront across from Lyon Village Shopping Center for seven Fall weekends. Created with generous assistance from Rooney Development, 40+ artists/members of the Arlington Artists Alliance will feature multiple gallery spaces and a gift shop.
