About Event

​The 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) programme is Nigeria’s national initiative for building technical talent at scale. Under its next phase, the European Union (EU) is supporting Specific Objective 3 (SO3) of 3MTT, implemented in partnership with HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management and the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV) as Team Europe partners, with oversight by the EU Delegation to Nigeria.

​This partnership funds a strategic set of procurements coming to market over the coming months. Because these tenders will be published on European tendering systems using European formats and compliance timelines, this session brings the organisations most likely to deliver into one room before tenders open, ensuring strong Nigerian participation and enabling early consortium formation.
