Write With Tos - Virtual Writing Sprint
Welcome to our first virtual writing sprint.
Writing alone is hard and community and accountability seriously works. You focus better when other people are focusing next to you, even through a screen.
I used to join in-person writing sprints when I lived in Hong Kong - a group of us would meet, sit down, write in silence for an hour, and I'd get more done in that session than in a whole week on my own.
I've missed it and I need it, so I'm bringing it online.
So, here's the plan:
10 mins - intros. say hi, tell us what you're working on
5 mins - a short group meditation to settle in and set the vibe
45 mins - solid writing. mics muted, cameras optional, phones off. deep focus
15 mins - debrief. share how it went, wins, struggles.
Whatever you're writing, you're more than welcome - a book, a dissertation, a blog, that idea you've been sitting on for years. Nobody has to read your work and there's no judgement or feedback (unless you ask for it). You just show up and write.
I'll be leading the sessions and writing alongside you, deep in the trenches of draft three of my novel.
Free, 75 minutes, online. Link sent when you register.
