Welcome to our 'Copilot free 101 series' with Microsoft. Over the coming weeks, during this series we will be rotating through 3 online sessions aimed at providing you with information on how to use Copilot free for your work within the NTG's AI Policy and Assurance Framework.
Session A an introductory workshop that builds confidence with the basics of Copilot free. You’ll learn its core capabilities, how it supports everyday work, and how to write effective prompts for better results. The session includes practical examples, best practices, a live demo, and common Teams and Outlook use cases such as summarising conversations, drafting responses, identifying action items, and bringing together information from multiple sources.
Session B is all about the NTG's AI Policy and Assurance Framework. Get your questions ready and ask the AI Advisory Service all your questions.
Session C this is an interactive session and provides an open forum for participants to bring real-world questions about Copilot free, test assumptions, and explore practical scenarios. Through discussion and live Q&A, you will gain hands-on guidance to help you use Copilot free safely, confidently, and effectively in your day-to-day work.

identify practical use cases for your role
learn how to write effective prompts to get better results
better understand your responsibilities when using AI at work.
NOTE: This session will only lightly touch on the NTG’s AI Policy and Assurance Framework. Session B will focus on these so make sure you come along to that one too!
