What began as an idea—to create a space where couples could step away from the noise of everyday life and simply be with one another—has grown into something more beautiful than I could have imagined.
And now, we get to celebrate one year together.
Barefoot & In Love is a couples connection experience blending intentional movement, breathwork, music, touch, presence, and partner dance into an evening designed to bring you back to each other.
There are no mirrors, no partner switching, and no pressure to “get the steps right.”
You do not need any dance experience.
Come barefoot. Come as you are. Come with the person you love.
Throughout the evening, we’ll guide you through simple movement and connection practices that invite you to slow down, soften, play, breathe, laugh, trust, and experience your partner in a way you may not get to in the rhythm of everyday life.
The Flow of the Evening ✨
6:30 PM — Arrival + Mingle
Come in, settle into the space, connect with the community, and ease into the evening together.
6:45–8:30 PM — Barefoot & In Love Experience
Our guided couples experience begins—movement, breath, connection, presence, partnering exercise & dance, and plenty of moments to simply be with one another.
8:30–8:45 PM — Mingle + Connect
Stay a little longer, connect with the community, and soak in the evening before heading home together.
Because this is our one-year anniversary, this evening will hold a little extra magic. ✨
Jonathan Luiten, The Poetry Bandit, will be joining us again, creating a personalized poem for each couple—a tangible piece of your evening and your connection to take home with you.
And there may be a few more beautiful anniversary surprises along the way. 🤍
