Service Design Book Club with Andy Polaine
Andy Polaine is our guest speaker for the online book club event in December.
Book: Service Design (2nd Edition) From Insight to Implementation
Co-authors: Lavrans Løvlie, Andy Polaine & Ben Reason
Topic for discussion: What’s new in the second edition?
Andy will discuss why the three authors felt it was time for a second edition, what has changed since the first, and how the new edition delves deeper into the topic of organizational change.
It’s a chance to explore the differences together and share what they mean for our work today.
