Agentic Garage Seoul은 혼자 제품을 만들고 있는 전업 1인 개발자를 위한 작은 모임입니다.
Claude Code, Codex, Cursor 같은 AI 코딩 도구를 활용해 MVP를 빠르게 만들 수는 있지만, 여전히 무엇을 만들어야 하는지, 누구에게 팔아야 하는지, 어떻게 첫 유저와 첫 매출로 이어가야 하는지가 어려운 분들을 위한 자리입니다.
이 모임은 네트워킹 모임도, 강연을 듣고 돌아가는 모임도 아닙니다. 이미 만들고 있는 사람들이 모여 각자의 실행을 공유하고, 막힌 지점을 드러내고, 피드백하며, 다시 앞으로 나아가는 모임입니다.

이 모임은 크게 키우기 위한 커뮤니티가 아닙니다.
후원사인 PostHog를 억지로 끼워넣는 자리도 아닙니다.
우리가 바라는 것은 규모가 아니라 지속성입니다.
첫 모임은 5명으로 시작하며,
이후에도 5~10명 내외의 작은 규모로 빌더 커뮤니티를 운영할 예정입니다.
많은 사람이 스쳐 가는 커뮤니티보다,
좋은 사람들이 오래 남아 함께
build → share → feedback → improve 루프를
지속하는 빌더 모임을 지향합니다.

Agentic Garage Seoul is a small gathering for full-time solo developers who are building products on their own.
It is for people who can quickly build MVPs using AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor,
but still struggle with questions like:
- What should I build?
- Who should I sell it to?
- How do I get my first users and turn that into first revenue?
This is not a networking event,
and it is not a lecture where you simply listen and go home.
It is a gathering for people who are already building,
where they share what they are working on, surface where they are stuck, give each other feedback,
and move forward again.

Over two hours, participants will:
share what they are building,
work on their own, and
demo what they got done that day.
[What this gathering aims for]
This is not a community built for scale.
It is also not an event where we force PostHog into the conversation just because they are a sponsor.
What we care about is not size, but continuity.
The first gathering will begin with five people,
and we plan to continue running it as a small builder community of around 5 to 10 people.
Rather than building a community where many people pass through,
we want a builder group where good people stay for a long time
and continue the loop of build → share → feedback → improve together.
The event itself is free,
but to ensure smooth operation and confirmed RSVPs, we ask for a 10,000 KRW reservation deposit.
Of course, it will be fully refunded if you attend the offline gathering.
