This time, we have something different planned for you.
For one day, we're leaving Barcelona behind.
Together with Made My Dia, we're inviting you to Cardedeu, a charming town surrounded by nature just 30 minutes from Barcelona. Known for its beautiful modernist architecture, peaceful parks, and green countryside, it's the perfect setting to slow down, breathe fresh air, and reconnect with yourself and others.
This edition combines everything we love about Happy to Gather; meeting new people, meaningful conversations, and shared experiences, with a creative outdoor workshop inspired by nature.
No phones, no alcohol, no pressure.
Just nature, creativity, meaningful conversations, and a group of curious people sharing an unforgettable day together.
What we'll do
🌿 Explore beautiful natural surroundings and hidden modernist architecture of Cardedeu
🤝 Meet new people through guided Happy to Gather activities designed to make meaningful conversations flow naturally
☀️ Learn the art of cyanotype sun printing and create your own artwork using flowers and plants collected during your country walk.
🧺 Enjoy local snacks and relaxed conversations as we enjoy a picnic under the trees
🏛️ Discover one of the hidden gems just outside Barcelona
A glimpse of the day
10:00 — Arrival & Welcome
We'll meet at Cardedeu station and see some Gaudi style buildings on the way to a beautiful green space where we'll begin the experience.
10:30 – 11:30 — Happy to Gather Connection Experience
Through simple and engaging activities, you'll meet everyone and move beyond the usual small talk.
11:30 – 12:10 — Countryside Walk & Foraging
We'll enjoy a relaxed walk through shaded paths and natural surroundings, collecting flowers and plants that will later become part of our artwork.
12:30 – 13:30 — Cyanotype Art Workshop
Guided by Joanna from Made My Día, you'll learn the fascinating process of sun printing and create your own unique cyanotype piece to take home.
13:30 – 14:30 — Picnic & Meaningful Conversations
While the artwork develops, we'll share some snacks and continue connecting through thoughtful activities and conversations inspired by nature, creativity, and life.
14:30 — Optional Lunch Together
For those who would like to continue the experience, we'll head to a local restaurant and enjoy a relaxed lunch together. (optional / not included in the price)
