Beim AI Operators Breakfast diskutieren wir gemeinsam mit Gründern, Geschäftsführern und Unternehmensentscheidern, wie sich Workflows und Operating Models im Zeitalter von KI verändern. Anhand realer Praxisbeispiele aus Finance, Operations und Service zeigen wir, welche Ansätze funktionieren, wo typische Fallstricke liegen und wie Unternehmen ihre Prozesse für die Zusammenarbeit von Mensch und KI neu gestalten.

At the AI Operators Breakfast, founders, executives, and innovation leaders come together to discuss how workflows, teams, and operating models are changing in the age of AI. Drawing on real-world experiences from finance, operations, and service environments, we will explore what works, what does not, and how organizations can redesign workflows for effective collaboration between humans and AI.
Rather than focusing on tools or technology hype, the discussion centers on a more fundamental question: how should work be organized when AI becomes part of the team? Which tasks remain human-led, which can be delegated to AI systems, and how can organizations build productive AI-powered operations?
Participants will gain practical insights into workflow redesign, agentic AI, organizational change, and the lessons learned from companies that are already moving beyond experimentation.
