​The Fall 2025 1PHL Exchange is a convening for the city’s top decision makers, innovators, and changemakers who are driving Philadelphia into its next era. Hosted at the Center for Design Philadelphia, this high-level gathering will tackle the big questions about progress, strategy and policy—unpacking how tech can serve as a primary engine for elevating Philadelphia as a global hub of innovation. Leaders from across the region will come together for an unfiltered conversation on the policies, investments, and partnerships needed to fuel inclusive growth.

​The morning will close with the Innovation Awards, where we celebrate organizations at the forefront of tech education, entrepreneurship, investment, and workforce development. These trailblazers are setting the pace for what’s possible and proving that Philadelphia has the vision, talent, and collaborative spirit to rise as a world-class tech city.
