6-6:30pm: arrive, say howdy, get drinks, hang out
6:30-7:30: first round of speakers
7:30-8:00: we'll take a break, eat a little pizza, have a little chitchat 🍕🍕🍕
8-8:30pm: a second round of speakers
8:30pm onwards: more drinks, ask speakers questions, hang out
we'll wrap up by 9:30pm and maybe continue the chitter-chatter at the pub :))
