About Event

Join us for a rare and radiant encounter with Lama Tashi Norbu—Tibetan Buddhist monk, contemporary artist, and cultural bridge between ancient wisdom and modern expression.

Hosted by Ancient Future Labs, this offering is part of our ongoing INNER-NET summer camp, an exploration of consciousness, symbolic intelligence, and creative coherence.

In this intimate class, Lama Tashi will guide us through an artistic practice rooted in presence, compassion, and sacred creativity. No experience required—this is not about perfection, but devotional exploration through form and color.

🖌️ What to expect:

Guided visualization and mantra-based grounding

Live painting demonstration by Lama Tashi

Simple, open-ended creative practice for all levels

Conversation on karma, compassion & art as spiritual path

✧ About Lama Tashi Norbu:

Born in Bhutan and trained under the guidance of the Dalai Lama, Lama Tashi Norbu studied classical thangka painting in Tibetan monasteries before expanding his vision in European art academies. His art—often created live in performance with mantra and music—blends East and West, form and frequency.

He is founder of the Museum of Contemporary Tibetan Art in the Netherlands and the Museum of Tibetan Art and Culture, a nonprofit in the U.S. devoted to cultural education, artistic exchange, and healing.
