​In this workshop, we will explore your menstrual cycle beyond just symptoms and start to understand it as a powerful rhythm that influences your energy, mood, focus, and overall well-being.
​Together, we will break down the different phases of the cycle and how you can begin to work with your body instead of against it. This is a safe, cozy space for women only, where you are invited to learn, reflect, and share, only if it feels right for you.

​This is an interactive session, but sharing is always optional. Come as you are! No prior knowledge is needed.
​Evening Schedule & Connection
​We will start with 15 minutes of mingling, accompanied by healthy, period-friendly snacks and drinks.
​After the workshop, if you are up for it, we would love to head out together to a nearby bar or restaurant to continue the conversation and celebrate the rhythm that guides us!
