About Event

Join NYU Blockchain Lab for a conversation with Christina Cheung, Deputy Chief of Staff to the CEO at Circle, as we explore the emerging agentic economy and how AI is reshaping the future of work.

As AI agents become more capable of making decisions and conducting transactions independently, new questions are emerging about their role in the economy. Christina will discuss why AI agents need financial infrastructure and how these developments could change the way we work.

Drawing from her unconventional career journey, Christina will also share how curiosity has guided her through different industries and helped her navigate uncertainty. The conversation will explore what AI might replace, what remains uniquely human, and how we can prepare for opportunities that don’t yet exist.
