Book Club: "Empire of Pain" by Patrick Radden Keefe

​Join us for another edition of Book Club!

​This time we'll be reading and discussing Empire of Pain by Patrick Radden Keefe. This thoroughly researched book looks into one of the richest families in the world specifically and the worlds of philanthropy and the pharmaceutical industry more broadly. Continuing our recent streak, included are several references to Columbia.

​It's OK if you don't finish by the time we meet; you're still welcome to join us.

​We'll meet near the Sweet Beverly coffee stand just off the Beverly Cañon Gardens in Beverly Hills.  Look for Columbia colors and/or signage.

​Parking: Free or cheap parking is available at any of the nearby city garages.

​Please be courteous and cancel if you won't be able to make it.
