Meet Georgina Merhom
Georgina is the Founder of SOLO, the first collaborative data-sharing network enabling compliant customer data reuse and monetization across the financial services ecosystem. A trained data scientist, Georgina is passionate about building the industry's first collaborative, governed supply chain for customer data — especially as AI use in consumer outcomes accelerates.
Georgina began her career at the G7 & G20 Information Centre before training as a cybersecurity investigative analyst, where she built algorithms to detect illicit activity on the dark web — shaping her focus on networked data integrity, transparency, and collaborative intelligence signals. Prior to SOLO, she founded Zivmi, a lending platform later acquired by a bank. Through these experiences, she recognized the structural inefficiencies in how financial institutions treat customer data, and founded SOLO to build industry-governed infrastructure that scales trust, reduces redundancy, and unlocks shared value.
Meet Ghazi Masood
Ghazi Masood is the Chief Revenue Officer of Replit, where he's building the enterprise motion behind one of the fastest-growing developer platforms in the world. Since 2016, Replit has grown to over 30 million users, secured $200 million in venture funding, and achieved a valuation of $1.2 billion.
Before Replit, Ghazi helped scale Auth0 through hypergrowth and acquisition, and led revenue at Retool, where he developed the playbook for layering enterprise adoption with product-led growth. Across his career, he has worked at the intersection of technical product and institutional adoption, helping organizations navigate the shifts to enterprise-wide deployment. Now at Replit, Ghazi helps large organizations — including banks and regulated institutions — turn their proprietary data and domain expertise into software products that scale.
