Meal Prep Party

​Need some motivation to prepare healthy meals for yourself or your family this coming week? Join us for a fun-filled, silly social event where the main shared goal is cooking, cleaning and otherwise preparing food stuffs in our kitchens. Soak those beans, batch cook, freeze or thaw whatever you want to eat this week, start a fermentation project, or just tackle that pile of dishes in your sink. 🧼

​Side conversations, recipe swapping, playlist sharing, dancing, snacking and cocktails (or mocktails!) are all encouraged to make the experience of prepping food into something you enjoy and look forward to.

​Despite the food-centered branding, all tasks are equally welcome here. If you just need a space to do desk work or clean another area of your house you are welcome to join us!
