Seung is not your typical L&D guest. He's a retired U.S. Air Force colonel who taught economics at the Air Force Academy and the University of Colorado, deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, and spent 25 years making high-stakes decisions under pressure. His book Leadernomics applies core economic principles to how leaders think, decide, and grow. The result is a perspective on leadership development that doesn't come from the L&D world, and that's exactly what makes it worth exploring.
