Join us for Rooted in Love, a community gathering for all people, all backgrounds, all beliefs.
Join us for an evening of movement, meditation, and sound - held together by one intention: LOVE.
We'll open with gentle Qigong to settle into our bodies, move into a guided meditation sending love to one another and the world, and close with a restorative sound bath.
No experience necessary.
Just bring yourself, a yoga mat, a small pillow, a light blanket, and water (you will appreciate having these during the meditation and sound bath).
